Trek from Seduwa to Tashigaun (2,100m/6,888ft) 5 hours. The trek through by Ipsuwa Khola on the west and Kasuwa Khola to the east. Trek from Khongma Danda to Dobate 6 to 7 hours. From here climb up to summit top of the Shipton-La Pass, takes couples of hours and after Kalo Pokhari (3,930m/12,890ft) over the Keke-La Pass (4,170m/13,677ft) you will see marvelous views of Chamlang (7,321m/24,013ft), Peak 6 (6,524m/21,399ft) and Peak 7 (6,758m/22,167ft).
