After breakfast, transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your scenic flight from Kathmandu to Paro, Bhutan. After breakfast, embark on a fascinating sightseeing tour of Thimphu Valley, the charming capital of Bhutan where ancient traditions blend seamlessly with modern development. Nestled in the heart of the Himalayas, Thimphu offers a unique cultural experience and serves as the political, religious, and cultural center of the Kingdom of Bhutan.

Begin your tour with a visit to the iconic Buddha Dordenma, one of the largest Buddha statues in the world, offering panoramic views of the Thimphu Valley. Continue to the Memorial Chorten, a revered Buddhist monument where locals gather daily for prayer and meditation.

Explore Tashichho Dzong, an impressive fortress-monastery that houses the King's office, government ministries, and the central monastic body. After breakfast, depart from Thimphu and enjoy a scenic drive to the historic valley of Punakha, one of Bhutan's most beautiful and fertile regions. The journey takes you through picturesque mountain landscapes, traditional villages, and lush forests of pine, fir, and rhododendron.

En route, cross the spectacular Dochula Pass (3,100m), one of Bhutan's most famous mountain passes. On a clear day, the pass offers breathtaking panoramic views of the snow-capped Eastern Himalayas. Explore the renowned 108 Druk Wangyal Chortens, built in honor of Bhutanese soldiers, and enjoy the serene atmosphere of this sacred site.

Descending from Dochula, the landscape gradually changes into the warmer and greener Punakha Valley, known for its rice fields, rivers, and subtropical vegetation. Upon arrival, visit the magnificent Punakha Dzong, one of Bhutan's most beautiful and historically important fortresses, strategically located at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers.

En route, cross the famous Dochula Pass (3,100m) once again, where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the Eastern Himalayan mountain range and visit the iconic 108 Druk Wangyal Chortens. The pass offers excellent opportunities for photography and a final glimpse of Bhutan's stunning mountain scenery.

After breakfast, embark on one of Bhutan's most iconic experiences—a hike to the legendary Tiger's Nest Monastery (Taktsang Monastery), dramatically perched on a cliff face 900 meters above the Paro Valley.

According to Bhutanese tradition, Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava) flew to this sacred site on the back of a tigress and meditated here in the 8th century, making it one of the most revered pilgrimage destinations in the Himalayan Buddhist world.

The trail ascends through beautiful pine forests adorned with prayer flags, offering spectacular views of the monastery and surrounding mountains.
