All the travelers’ agreement and declaration
All the travelers must agree to the following terms and conditions before booking any trip with Alliance Adventure Pvt. Ltd. a Nepal based trekking agency, fully registered and licensed by the department of Government of Nepal.
Mountaineering climbing, trekking and hiking in remote parts of this Himalayan countries likely incur risk due to unfavorable weather condition. It may even cause injury or death as well. These incidences are beyond our control. We do our best to reduce any risks and hazards based on our capacity, still, there are chances of accidents happening, and in this, you must agree. Please read the following booking conditions very carefully:
Advance Payment Policy

| 30 Day prior to the arrival date in Nepal | 75% of the total package cost |
Cancellation Clause
| Within 45-30 days before arrival | 25% of the tour cost |
| Within 30-15 days before arrival | 50% of the tour cost |
| Within 15-0 days before arrival | 100% of the tour cost |
