Rolwaling Trek 2025

Rolwaling Trek is one of the trekking trails in Nepal, which is yet unspoiled trail, located in the eastern part of Nepal. It is very close to the Mt. Everest. Rolwaling is situated at 3,690 m. It is one of the best destinations among the travelers as it is one of the least explored areas in the lying in the Everest region.

This popular destination has been one of the attractive destinations, as the route is attached to another popular tourist destination called Chho-Rolpa and Dudh-Kunda which lie in the northeast from Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal.  During the trekking to the area,  one can really enjoy the scenic views of the majestic Himalayas including Mt. Everest (8848 m)—the highest peaks in the world, Mt. Gauri Shankar (7145 m).

There are various routes to get there.  This trekking trail is designed in such a way that you will have a chance to experience the remoteness of this region and the romantic mountain views, diverse flora and fauna and rich local cultures.   • Keep all receipts that you have until back your home.
  • No flashy stuff-jewelry, valuables etc.

THINGS TO BRING

  • Windproof outer jacket and warm down-filled jacket if afraid of cold.
  • Comfortable trousers for men and loose skirts for women during the day.
  • Gloves, hat or cap, sunglasses, sunblock, lip balm, etc, to avoid sunburn as the sun in high altitude can be quite intense.
  • Lightweight trekking shoes, warm woolen/ thermal socks. (If one is afraid of cold, otherwise, plain ol’ ordinary socks will suffice.
  • Thermal undergarments this is for the night which might be a bit cold, otherwise, tracksuit should suffice.
  • Flashlight and spare batteries.

  • You must start training yourself when you are free once a week or once a day hiking in Mountain in your country or up and down 2/3 hours morning OR evening.
