Rolwaling Trek is one of the trekking trails in Nepal, which is yet unspoiled trail, located in the eastern part of Nepal. It is very close to the Mt. Everest. Rolwaling is situated at 3,690 m. Trek from Jagat to Simigaun (2,025m/6,642ft) 5 to 6 hours. Today After 2 hours of walking the trek continues through a valley of east and slowly walk into on impressive slope and cross the terraces. Trek from Beding to Na (4,185m/13,726ft) 6 hours. Today the trek leads to a tiny alpine hamlet that is only inhabited during the summer season. Na is situated just below the Tsho Rolpa Glacier Lake which is the beautiful overlooking valley, impressive peaks, including Chobutse (6,685m), Chugimago (6,259m) and Yalung Ri (5,630m). Rest and Acclimatization day of Yalung-La Hike (4,900m/16,072ft) 4 hours. Today is your choice of rest or hike to Yalung La Pass. Trek from Na to Nyiduk Kongma (4,750m/15,580ft) 5 to 6 hours. Today climb up to the Dam that holds back to Tsho Rolpa lake, preventing from splitting the thin moraine and destroying below the valley. The trail leads south bank, (the ancient route, marked on all maps, walking to the northern bank, passing through Chobu, no longer exists, in facet the moraines bordering the lake have all collapsed into it) After climbing 300m cross a disordered moraine area scramble down the height walked up.
