Take an early morning flight from Nepalgunj to Juphal Airport. Upon arrival, begin the trek to Dunai, following the Bheri River. This trek will take around 3 to 4 hours. Camp overnight at Dunai.
Trek from Dunai to Tarakot, passing through Bhaijibara, Bheri River, and Kaike. This scenic journey takes approximately 5 to 6 hours. Camp overnight in Tarakot.
Continue the trek from Tarakot through Sandul Gompa, Bharbung Khola, and reach Laina after 6 to 7 hours of walking. Camp overnight in Laina.
